Laboratory of taxonomy and ecology of invertebrates
Laboratory of taxonomy and ecology of invertebrates of "OSPU" was founded on February 2, 2016.
The main task of the laboratory is to conduct fundamental research in the field of zoology, ecology, ecotoxicology, zoogeography of invertebrates of Siberia and adjacent territories.
The laboratory has modern equipment that allows to study environmental objects (soil, bottom sediments, soils, natural waters) and study biodiversity, ecology and zoogeography of aquatic and soil invertebrates.
In 2017, laboratory employees won the competitions of scientific projects of the federal level "Spatial-temporal dynamics of invertebrate communities of the Northern Palearctic" and "Umniki" ("Clever").
In 2022, the laboratory received a grant from the Russian Scientific Foundation "Consequences of interspecies interactions between indigenous and alien soil earthworms in Western Siberia".
Laboratory of Biochemistry
Laboratory of Biochemistry under the guidance of Ph.D. L.V. Belskaya is engaged in the study of saliva as an object of clinical laboratory diagnostics.
The peculiarity of this area of research is the use of an algorithm for multidimensional analysis of diagnostic data using machine learning technology. The priority area of research is the non-invasive diagnosis of the functional state of the human body by saliva.
On the basis of the laboratory, a method for diagnosing cancer has been developed. Currently, work is underway to expand the diagnostic capabilities of saliva.
Laboratory of dielometry and petrophysics
Under the guidance of Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor P.P. Bobrov, cooperation is underway with the Institute of Physics of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Institute of Oil and Gas Geology and Geophysics of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Since 2016, the laboratory has been conducting studies of the characteristics of soils and water-oil saturated rocks using wideband dielmetry and nuclear magnetic resonance-relaxometry in comparison with other petrophysical methods; modeling of complex dielectric constant of rocks of different mineralogical composition, different porosity saturated with water, oil and saline solution; processes of propagation of electromagnetic waves in dispersed media, processes of radiothermal radiation and scattering of microwave electromagnetic waves by earth covers, etc.
Laboratory of robotics and information technologies in education
Educational robotics is a new interdisciplinary area of schoolchildren's education that integrates knowledge of physics, mechatronics, technology, mathematics, cybernetics, information and communication technologies, allowing students of different ages to be involved in the process of innovative scientific and technical creativity. The laboratory develops and conducts educational robotics training programmes, professional development courses, robot quests, and classes for children.
Technopark of universal pedagogical competences
The technopark of universal pedagogical competencies was created within the framework of the project "Teacher of the Future Generation of Russia." The main goal of the Technopark is to create a unified educational environment that allows to train young teachers who apply interdisciplinary knowledge in their work, as well as professionally develop already working teachers.
The structure of the OSPU Technopark includes: 6 interdisciplinary laboratories, 20 modern subject laboratories, a presentation hall, platform of the "Znanie" society, coworking spaces, and an assembly hall.
The main interdisciplinary laboratories of OSPU Technopark are: training laboratory of robotics systems and digital technologies, training laboratory of virtual and augmented reality, training laboratory of alternative energy, training laboratory of radiography, training laboratory of fundamental experiments, optics and quantum physics, training laboratory of biochemistry.
