Summer / Winter School includes an intensive Russian language course – 72 academic hours and a cultural programme. 1 academic hour = 45 minutes.
The school can be held online and in-person annually in February and August for 2 weeks. At the end of the school, a final test is conducted and a certificate is issued, indicating the programme mastered and the workload in ECTS.

For admission to Summer / Winter School at Omsk State Pedagogical University, foreign citizens must submit the following documents:
- Apply online;
- Provide a scan of the passport and education document.
To apply to in-person School, it is also necessary to provide a generalist's certificate of the absence of life-threatening diseases.

In order to study on a full-time basis, citizens of visa countries need an ordinary study visa.
In case of a positive decision to enrol a foreign citizen, the university sends the documents to the Department of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for approval and issuance of an invitation for a visa citizen.
The university issues an electronic invitation. The whole procedure takes from 30 to 60 working days.
